How do I begin a commission order?

Choose the right size for your space and budget. You can give me colour ideas by sending interior paint colours, fabric swatches, or photos. Look through the site and tell me the titles of the pieces you are attracted to but might not be the right size & I can help you with the rest. Your order begins when you have chosen the size and made your deposit.

What if I want changes once the piece is in progress?

As long as you like my current work and allow my fair share of artistic control, I am happy to accommodate your opinions and a few edits. I will send in progress photos so you can express your opinions before the piece is even considered "finished, " making it easier for me to get it just right.

How does payment work for commissions?

You can pay in two instalments —a 50% deposit upfront to begin your order & the remaining half when your painting is complete, and you are 100% pleased with the finished piece.

What if I am not 100% satisfied with the piece?

I work closely with customers while the piece is in progress to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the piece's colour, balance, mood, & direction. You are not obligated to purchase the painting, and if you decide it is not for you or your space, you will be able to use your 50% deposit as store credit to apply to another painting. However, this has never happened before, so hopefully, you will not be the first.

How long will it take to get my commission painting?

Generally, depending on the season, it takes 6-10 weeks, but I love a good deadline, so if you have something specific coming up—an anniversary, party, etc. I will do my best to get it to you by then.
